I put my daughter on a plane to Finland the other day. She’s 7.
Ok, she was also with her grandparents, but that didn’t seem to satisfy my brain.
In other words, my brain had ALL sorts of scenarios it wanted me to think on, mostly having to do with her dying, being kidnapped or assaulted.
Brains are fucked, y’all.
But that doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with us. Our brains are working EXACTLY as they are supposed to, we just need to know how to manage those fuckers. Which I show you how to do in this episode.
