EVENT DETAILS
Dates and Location:The retreat will be held from November 7th-9th 2024, at HÓZHÓ Grand Estate on Sunnyside in Scottsdale, Arizona. A detailed schedule of activities will be provided upon registration and finalized at least two weeks before the retreat.
Travel: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses to and from the retreat location.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Fees: The total cost of the retreat depends on the room type you choose, which includes accommodation, meals, and all scheduled activities.
Participants can either pay in full or opt for a payment plan for the King Suites, King Rooms, and Shared Rooms.
Upon choosing the one-time full payment option during registration, you agree to pay the total amount for your chosen room upfront.
- King Suites: The Early Bird rate is $19,000, with the regular price at $21,000. For the payment plan, an initial deposit of $6,000 ($4,000 during Early Bird) is due upon registration, followed by two payments of $7,500 every 30 days.
- King Rooms: The Early Bird rate is $18,000, with the regular price at $19,500. For the payment plan, an initial deposit of $4,500 ($3,000 during Early Bird) is due upon registration, followed by two payments of $7,500 every 30 days.
- Shared Rooms: The Early Bird rate is $17,000, with the regular price at $18,000. For the payment plan, an initial deposit of $3,000 ($2,000 during Early Bird) is due upon registration, followed by two payments of $7,500 every 30 days.
Note: Payment plans are only available during the Early Bird period.
Refund / Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 90 days from November 7th, 2024, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 60 days will be eligible for a 50% refund, plus a $150 service fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Organizer Cancellation: If the retreat is canceled by us, a full refund of all payments will be issued, or you may choose to transfer your registration to a future event.
ATTENDANCE AND CONDUCT
Registration: Confirm your attendance by completing the registration process by October 17th, 2024. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or special needs at the time of registration at info@saridlm.com.
Behavior: Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect throughout the retreat. We reserve the right to remove anyone who does not adhere to our behavior standards without providing a refund.
Special Accommodations: We strive to accommodate all participants. Please inform us of any specific needs, including mobility or sensory requirements, at the time of registration at info@saridlm.com.
Health and Safety: Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines provided. Please notify us of any medical conditions or special requirements before the retreat.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE:
Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the retreat. Participants are encouraged to have their own travel and health insurance.
Insurance: It is recommended that participants carry appropriate insurance for travel, health, and personal property.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content Use: All materials and content provided during the retreat are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution of retreat materials is prohibited without our consent.
Photography: We may take photographs and videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials.

MISCELLANEOUS
Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
Force Majeure Clause: In the event that the retreat is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of war, or pandemics), we will not be liable for any losses or damages. Participants will be offered an option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
